Potters Barn and Well Cottage are two self contained properties within Hardingill House, a seventeenth century farmhouse, at the northern end of the village of Gosforth. This village is the gateway to Wasdale and Eskdale and also stands at the western end of the Hardknott and Wrynose Passes. There is good access to the whole of the western fells and the central lakes.
