Booking

Potters Barn and Well Cottage are available throughout the year. Short breaks can be arranged other than at peak times. All weekly lets are from Saturday to Saturday. The flat is available from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival and we ask you to depart by 10.30am on your final day, please leave everything clean and orderly, so that it can be prepared for the next arrivals.

Your deposit secures your holiday, and payment for this can be made by cheque to Potters Barn or card. We do take the majority of cards please contact us to check. Payment for the remainder must be made six weeks before you are due to arrive. If you are unable to take your holiday we will return your deposit or the full payment less 10% of the price of the week booked, only if we are able to re let the flat for that week. We can offer you a Holiday Insurance as recommended by Cumbria Tourist Board.
